§ Mr. Warbeyasked the Lord Privy Seal if he will publish in a White Paper, or other suitable form, the text of his reply to the request of the Secretary-General of the United Nations for information regarding the views of Her Majesty's Government on the desirability and feasibility of establishing a Peace Fund, open to contributions from individuals and organisations as well as from member States.
§ Mr. HeathThe reply in question has not yet been sent to the Secretary-General. When it has been, I shall be glad to provide the hon. Member with a copy: but I do not think that its publication, either as a White Paper, or in any other form, would be warranted.
