§ 82. Mr. Dalyellasked the Secretary of State for Scotland why he has not yet arrived at a decision concerning the improvement of the canal and railway bridges in Preston Road, Linlithgow, which were the subject of a public inquiry in July, 1962.
§ Mr. LeburnThe report of the inquiry, which was concerned with an amendment to the West Lothian county development plan, raises difficult issues. My right hon. Friend hopes however that an early decision will be possible.
