§ Mr. HayThe St. Marylebone Metropolitan Borough Council have agreed in principle to participate, and are preparing outline plans so that the Minister of Public Building and Works can consider with my right hon. Friend, what their effect would be on traffic and amenity. Nothing will be decided until we have seen how the Park Lane Garage affects the amenities of Hyde Park. Legislation would, of course, be necessary.
