§ Mr. ChatawayNo. My right hon. Friend makes grants to voluntary bodies towards the capital cost of providing new youth clubs or improving existing clubs, and these grants are normally at the rate of 50 per cent. of the approved cost. Local education authorities have power to make additional grants.
