§ Mr. MarplesBefore I make firm proposals in the light of the consulting engineers' report, I must consult the local authorities concerned and organisations representing agriculture. I propose to do this shortly. When I have considered their views I shall publish my proposals as a draft Scheme under the Highways Act, 1959.
