asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food whether he has considered the proposal of the Horticultural Marketing Council made to him to raise £300,000 a year by a levy of £2 a holding from growers, £2 a shop from retailers and a graduated levy based on turnover from wholesalers; and whether he will make a statement.
