§ Mr. MaudlingI am glad to repeat the undertaking given by my right hon. and learned Friend the Member for Wirral (Mr. Selwyn Lloyd) that provision for ending the charge to tax under Schedule A on owner-occupiers of residential property will be included in next year's Finance Bill. As my hon. Friend said, it will depend on revenue considerations whether this can be done in a single operation in one year.
