§ Mr. ErrollNo. Articles covered by the international Agreement on the Importation of Educational and Cultural materials are admitted under a number of general provisions which apply to eligible goods of any origin whether for temporary or permanent import. These provisions are complicated; I am therefore writing to the hon. Member to give him the details.
