Mr. Costainasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many local authorities have formed, or have indicated that they are in the process of forming, home safety committees since the Home Office Circular no. 124/ 1961 regarding the Home Safety Act, 1961, was issued on the 24th July, 1961.
