§ Mr. A. Lewisasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs what estimate he has made of the percentage rise in local authority house building expenditure which would have been needed in each of the years from 1951 to maintain an annual 5 per cent. increase of local authority houses.
