Her Majesty's Government expect to support the inscription on the Agenda of the next Session of the General Assembly of the item proposed by Denmark and Sweden on population growth and economic development. The World Health Assembly concluded its annual meeting in Geneva last month without the subject of world population pressures being proposed for discussion.
