§ Captain Kerbyasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department when Mr. L. Stevens, of the surveyor's department of the Shoreham by Sea Urban District Council, will receive a full reply from the appropriate administrative department of the Home Office to his letter dated 11th November, 1959, which was acknowledged by Her Majesty's Inspector of Explosives on 13th November, 1959, as raising a matter of considerable general importance, the original of which was forwarded to him by the honourable Member for Arundel and Shoreham.
