§ Mr. C. Ian Orr-EwingAs I told the hon. Member on 19th February, the expenditure on this project falls under a number of heads, including goods, facilities, manpower and capital expenditure. On each of these, the United States Government have paid substantial sums amounting to 85 per cent. of the claims so far lodged. What remains in the course of billing and payment is distributed over the same headings.
