asked the Minister of Education what was the number of full-time staff in technical colleges in 1960–61; what was the number of part-time staff; and how these figures compare with the increase called for in that year by the Willis Jackson Report published in 1957.

There were 19,847 full-time and 52,435 part-time technical teachers in 1960–61. The targets in the Willis Jackson Report were respectively 18,615 and 46,939.
