asked the Lord Privy Seal whether it is the policy of Her Majesty's Government to continue indefinitely the purchase of United Nations Bonds as a permanent method of financing the organisation.

No. Her Majesty's Government regard the Bond Issue as a once-for-all measure. We should not wish to see it become a precedent for the future financing of the organisation.
