asked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs if he will give an estimate of the amount of office accommodation available in the Greater London area in 1959, 1960, and 1961, respectively; what is the estimated amount available for 1962–63; and how this compares with the amount available in 1952–53.

Figures are not yet available for 1961; but it is thought that 3 million square feet have been added in that year, and that the increase during 1962 will be similar. "Central London" means the area within the main line stations.
