§ Mr. Russellasked the Minister of Transport if he will consider the possibility of erecting Bailey bridges at certain junctions of the North Circular road with radial roads leading out of London, especially at Harrow Road, pending the construction of a flyover or underpass.
§ Mr. MarplesMy Department is at present studying the general question of the design and use of temporary flyovers. A number of junctions on the North Circular Road, including that at Harrow Road, have been examined in detail, but have been found to be unsuitable for the purpose.
