asked the Minister of Pensions and National Insurance why Mrs. Annie Hughes, of 26, Bedford Street, Oldham, was, on 13th December, 1962, asked to sign a form withdrawing her application for an industrial disease allowance for byssinosis, and was refused permission to take the form home to show it to her husband before signing it.
