§ Commander Purseyasked the Minister of Labour what has been the result of his efforts to encourage employers in and around Hull to provide increased apprenticeship opportunities to match the exceptionally large numbers of school leavers this year.
§ Mr. HareUp to the end of November 818 boys and 88 girls obtained apprenticeships in the Hull area, which compares with 890 boys and 95 girls in the same period last year.
