§ 61. Sir D. Robertsonasked the Postmaster-General if he will cease the practice of sending letters from the Director-General to senior officials on their retirement after a lifetime of service bearing a rubber stamp facsimile of the Director General's signature.
§ Mr. BevinsThe Director General's letters to senior officers are all signed personally. Other officers, numbering some 6,000 a year, receive a letter bearing a printed facsimile of the Director General's signature. I see no reason to change these arrangements.
