§ 27. Mr. Watkinsasked the Minister of Transport whether he will satisfy himself that there are sufficient lay-bys and areas for parking of vehicles on the section from Cray to Pont Llynfell, Craig-y-nos, on the Sennybridge-Gurnos Road, A.4067, which is within the area of the Brecon Beacons National Park, before he issues consent to the Breconshire County Council (Prohibition of Waiting) (Clearways) No. 1 Order 1962.
§ Mr. HayThis Order does not require the consent of my right hon. Friend. We have given local authorities general advice on the criteria necessary for a clearway but the decision whether they are observed in a particular case rests with the local authority.
