§ Mr. Jayasked the President of the Board of Trade what were the reasons for the recent grant of an industrial development certificate to a company associated with John Heathcote and Company to build a new factory in Tiverton.
§ Mr. ErrollThe industrial development certificate was granted because we were satisfied that the development in question could not go to a development district and could be carried out with advantage at Tiverton without putting undue strain on labour and other resources.
