§ 40. Mr. Ellis Smithasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what reply he has made to the representations sent to him on 7th July by Football League Limited, Lytham St. Annes, on the subject of legislation regarding foot ball pools; what action he is taking in the matter; and if he will make a statement.
§ 43. Mr. Dugdaleasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will take steps to give assistance to football similar to that given to the racing industry under the Betting Levy Act, 1961.
