§ Mr. MaclayMost diabetic children are able to attend ordinary schools, but some require residential care, of whom a few have been sent to England. The needs of diabetic children are being reviewed by a Committee of the Scottish Health Services Council which is at present considering the care of young people suffering from chronic illness; and I shall consider what further provision is required in the light of their advice.
