§ Mr. Dempseyasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will take steps to license Scottish football grounds, as urged by the Scottish Police Federation, as a first step towards enabling the police and other authorities to acquire wider powers effectively to stamp out the increasing acts of violence which endanger life and property there.
