§ Mr. HeathThe savings amounting to £23,000 for the Middle East and £10,50044W for South-East Asia and the Far East arise almost entirely from small staff reductions spread over a number of posts. They are savings which Ambassadors thought could be sustained without damage to our not inconsiderable information effort in these important areas.
