§ Mr. HeathThe Commission's report on the facts concerning the incident was received last week and published by Her Majesty's Government and the Danish Government on 29th March. I should like to take this opportunity to express the gratitude of Her Majesty's Government for the promptness and high quality of the report, which is now under consideration. In accordance with the Agreement for reference to the Commission, Her Majesty's Government accept its findings as final. I am arranging for copies of the report to be placed in the Library of the House.
