§ Mr. W. Hamilton
asked the Minister of Works if he will itemise the proposed expenditure of £13,265 on maintenance and repairs at the residential apartments of St. James's Palace.

The proposed expenditure comprises:

£

6,800 for day-to-day cleaning, maintenance and repair of the structure, and sanitary services;

2,870 for the operation, maintenance and repair of the engineering plant and services;

1,825 for painting;

1,320 for items of special maintenance of the structure and services;

450 for garden maintenance
