§ Mr. MarplesThe Summary will be published on Thursday, 16th March. I am sorry it is late. There have been more pressing things to do in my Department. I have decided in future to go back to pre-war custom and to publish in full these Reports and those of the Traffic Commissioners. The Reports should therefore be out much sooner after the end of the year to which they belong.
