§ 52. Mr. Speirasked the Minister of Transport whether he will agree to the recommendation of Castle Ward Rural District Council that a 40 miles-per-hour speed limit should be imposed on the A.1 road at North Gosforth, between Hazlerigg Road end and the city boundary of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
