Johnsonasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many people, at the latest convenient date, have been charged with murder since the Homicide Act, 1957, came into force; how many have been found guilty of manslaughter, how many guilty of murder not falling within Sections 5 and 6 of the Homicide Act, 1957, and how many guilty of capital murder; how many have been sentenced to death; and how many were executed.
