§ Mr. MarplesThe Order fixing the line of the by-pass was made in February this year. A number of objections were made to the draft Order relating to the side roads. These can I hope be met by certain modifications which I am now discussing with the property owners affected. I expect to authorise a start on the acquisition of land shortly. The date of construction will depend on the progress of the preparation of engineering details and on the acquisition of land.
