§ Mr. HeathI assume my hon. Friend is referring to the recent clash between United Nations and Congolese troops at Niemba in the northern part of the Province of Katanga. We have not received any detailed report, but it appears that this regrettable incident occurred when firing broke out as a result of a Congolese attempt to remove a road block erected by the United Nations troops.
