§ Mr. R. A. ButlerThe present intention is to erect a police station in the new civic centre planned by the Orpington Urban District Council. The starting date will necessarily depend to some extent on the progress made by the council with its plans, and while I hope that it may be possible to begin work during the financial year 1962–63, I cannot be certain that this will be practicable.
