§ Mr. Denzil FreethI understand that my hon. Friend is referring to the possibility of establishing a research council with central responsibilities in the field of natural resources. The Advisory Council on Scientific Policy have set up a Special Committee to look into this matter and will report to my noble Friend in due course.
