§ 51. Mr. Haymanasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what conclusions he has reached on the issues discussed in paragraphs 308 to 321 of the Report of the Committee of Inquiry 62W into the Fishing Industry and, in particular, on the future rôle of the Sea Fisheries Committees.
§ Mr. SoamesThe Secretary of State for Scotland and I are expecting to publish a White Paper giving the Government's conclusions on the Fleck Report before the House rises for the Summer Recess.
