§ Mr. Heath:I dealt with the differences between the European Economic Community and the European Free Trade Association in my speech on the Address on 4th November, together with the efforts which are being made to narrow them in order that a settlement may be reached. I regret that it is not possible to make a statistical estimate of the effects of these two economic groupings on British export industries.
