§ Mr. R. A. ButlerThe Guernsey authorities have agreed to the making of an Order in Council under Section 56 of the Administration of Justice Act, 1956, applying to the Bailiwick of Guernsey so much of Part I of the Act as is necessary to enable the three International Conventions on Maritime Law, which were concluded in Brussels in 1952, to be extended to the Bailiwick. The authorities in Jersey and the Isle50W of Man still have the matter under consideration.
