asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food whether he has yet received the report of the departmental inquiry into the relationship between horticultural co-operative marketing societies and their members; and whether the report is to be published.

Yes. My right hon. Friend has received this report and is grateful to my hon. Friend the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Foreign Office, for his help. The report will, I hope, be published before the Easter Recess.
