§ Sir D. Campbellasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will state the dates between which the compensation amounting to nearly £14,000 was paid from the United Kingdom Exchequer in respect of surrender of, loss of, or damage to, firearms and ammunition handed to the Royal Irish Constabulary.
§ Mr. R. A. Butler:The first payment was made on 24th May, 1923, and the last in April, 1929.
