§ Mr. R. A. Butler:Progress has been made in drawing up a scheme for marking tank vehicles carrying dangerous substances in bulk, but it is not yet possible to say when the scheme will be published. The scheme will not prescribe safeguards against leaking containers, but the Motor Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations, made by the Minister of Transport, include provisions about the safe construction and loading of vehicles.
