§ Mr. Pavittasked the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Relations if he will consult with Commonwealth Governments with a view to the joint establishment of a department to advise on the development of all forms of co-operative societies.
§ Mr. Sandys:I have no indication that other Commonwealth Governments desire the joint establishment of a department for this purpose. We already give help in this field when we are asked for it
