§ Mr. A. Pearsonasked the Minister of Health whether he will now state the results of examinations carried out by his Department for finding ways of overcoming the technical difficulties of producing acceptable pasteurised egg products, including egg whites, on a commercial basis, with a view to making heat treatment compulsory as a means of preventing outbreaks of food poisoning caused by imported frozen egg white.
