§ Mr. Boydenasked the Minister of Health what progress has been made by the Council of Europe in setting up an international scheme for the repair of the orthopaedic appliances of disabled persons when travelling in member countries or temporarily resident there; and what support Her Majesty's Government has given to proposals directed towards establishing such a scheme.
