§ 103. Mr. A. Hendersonasked the Lord Privy Seal if, following his correspondence with the Soviet Government, he will now announce that it is the policy of Her Majesty's Government to participate in a Western Summit Conference to be followed by a Summit Conference with Mr. Khrushchev on the problem of Berlin and Germany.
