§ Q2. Mr. G. M. Thomsonasked the Prime Minister what arrangements he is making with the Prime Ministers of the Commonwealth for a joint Commonwealth initiative on disarmament at the forthcoming meeting of the General Assembly of the United Nations.
§ The Prime MinisterI am sure that the substantial measure of agreement recorded in the Commonwealth Prime Ministers' statement on disarmament will be reflected in the attitudes of Commonwealth Governments to disarmament proposals under discussion there. We for our part will certainly be guided by that statement.
