§ Mr. HareYes. I understand that there is an unofficial strike by 13 wages clerks in support of their claims to higher gradings. The employer and the union concerned have agreed to procedures for settling such questions. These procedures have not yet been fully used, and in the circumstances, it would not be proper for me to intervene.
