§ 49. Mr. Peartasked the Minister of Health what type of computer machines will be used for the compilation of the results of the national census.
§ Miss PittArrangements have been made to process the 1961 census results on the International Business Machines computer, type 705, installed for the Royal Army Pay Corps at Worthy Down, Winchester.
§ Mr. John Hallasked the Minister of Health why he requires the information asked for in columns G and H of the census form to be completed on 24th April, 1961.
§ Miss PittI would refer my hon. Friend to the explanation given by me in the debate on the draft Census Order on 4th May last, of which I am sending my hon. Friend a copy.
