HC Deb 19 April 1961 vol 638 cc95-6W
Mr. Eden

asked the Minister of Transport what is the present position with regard to the inquiry he is conducting in connection with the proposed clearway in Cromwell Road; and whether he is satisfied that adequate arrangements have now been made to enable foreign visitors and other guests to be set down and picked up by motor vehicles at the large number of residential hotels in that road at all times of the day and night.

Mr. Marples

I am still considering the representations made to me about this scheme. I hope to let those concerned know the outcome very shortly.
