49. Mr. Boardman

asked the Minister of Pensions and National Insurance if he will review the arrangement under the National Insurance (Industrial Injuries) Acts whereby the insurance officers in the employ of his Department can appeal against a decision of a local appeal tribunal in a case in which the local tribunal has conceded a claim for industrial death benefit on the ground that death was due to pneumoconiosis.
